Yuzu Cacao Candies are an exciting and different combination of fresh Japanese yuzu and rich cacao. Yuzu is a citrus fruit that resembles a combination of mandarin and lemon. It gives the candy a fresh and slightly tart flavour, which meets the deeper and fuller flavour of cacao.
The result is a unique gourmet candy with several different flavour nuances. First, you experience the fresh citrus, followed by the rich flavour of cacao.
Yuzu Cacao is the candy of the month at Sømods Bolcher in September and is only made during September. It is therefore a true limited edition, which is only available for a limited period.
