Cancellation Form

This form should only be completed and returned if you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

Please note that the right of cancellation does NOT apply to mix-and-match products.

I hereby notify you that I wish to exercise my right of cancellation in relation to my purchase agreement for the following goods:

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation, provided that your order is not subject to any of the exceptions to the right of cancellation.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive your goods. If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you receive the last item. If the order consists of several batches or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the last batch or part.

This means that you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must use the digital standard cancellation form, which can be found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing to accept the goods without also notifying us.

If you leave the goods uncollected and they are therefore returned to Sømods Bolcher after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you will be charged the actual costs incurred in having the goods returned to us.

The following agreements cannot be cancelled:

Delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return, where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to your specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.

Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
