Description
Our sour cherries are one of our most sour candies. We’ve deliberately added more acidity than what you would typically find in naturally ripened cherries, to cater to the taste preferences of especially our North American guests. Sour cherries are a common “candy flavor” over there, where they generally enjoy the tart over the salty. However, our sour cherries are not so sour that they make your mouth pucker in discomfort. We use a natural, unperfumed cherry extract that simply has a bit more sourness than we usually use.
