The flavour of ripe gooseberries varies from sweet to slightly tangy, and we aim to reflect this in our candies. Our gooseberry candies come in a mix with three variations: red, yellow, and green, each with subtle differences in taste. The red version is the sweetest, the yellow offers a perfect balance between sweet and tangy, while the green leans towards a more tart flavour.
