Description
Sømods Bolcher Pineapple Candies are handmade gourmet candies with the fresh, natural flavour of sun-ripened pineapple. Their tropical taste perfectly balances sweetness with a gentle tang, creating a wonderfully refreshing summer treat.
Our candies are still made using traditional confectionery methods with pure pearl sugar. The pink candy mixture is decorated with classic red stripes before being cut into distinctive triangular pieces using our traditional hand-operated candy-cutting machine.
The recipe is based on a natural pineapple flavour inspired by the extra-sweet pineapple variety that became popular in the 1970s and has been used by Sømods Bolcher ever since.
